In fact, if you find a lower price on any hotel we offer, we will not only match the price, but we'll refund you an additional 10% of the difference.   

    We guarantee our pricing against any other published pricing available to the general public, for the same exact travel. At a minimum, this means, the

    same arrival and departure dates, the same property, the same room type, the same cancellation policy

    (refundable vs. non-refundable, or other distinctions). Notwithstanding the foregoing, we cannot match rates that have been acquired through auction or bid, rates that have been obtained on a private website that requires a user id and/or password (like AAA or AARP), or Internet rates for which we cannot verify the price and exact itinerary.   

    In order to submit a claim, you must take a screen shot from both the website that has the lower rate and Goodlife USA's website. The screen shot must include the date and time the search was made, the hotel or resort name, resort address, arrival date, departure date, room type, room rate, total cost (including all fees, service charges and taxes from the final, you pay page), and cancellation policy for that booking. The screen shots must be e-mailed to

    within 24 hours of finding the lower price. The Goodlife USA team will promptly review your claim and get back with you within 48 hours of receipt. If your claim is approved, Goodlife USA will book your room at the lower rate, and refund you an additional 10% of the difference by check, via regular mail. All refunds will be made after travel has been completed. Once travel has been completed, please submit, via e-mail, to
